GREAT NEWS!!!

We close on our new to us home on Thursday! I am taking a couple of weeks off blogging to paint and move out of the apartment and into the house! I am so stinkin excited I can hardly stand it!!!
Just a few things about Kay and I- we were blessed at Christmas by his oldest daughter and her family with concert tickets to Andrea Bocelli in Sacramento, it was this last weekend. I cannot begin to describe how absolutely wonderful it was!!! Kay was so excited (he is a tenor and sang with Opera Idaho when we married) it was fun to watch him fidgeting in his chair and getting goosebumps when Andrea was singing- it was absolutely Magnificent! On our way home we stopped at Crater Lake for Father's Day for a few minutes. I have never seen cold water so very very blue before!
I am exhausted tonight, he picked me up from work and we spent a couple of hours in home depot picking up the supplies for our painting projects. We will buy the paint Thursday night so we don't have to bring it up into the apartment and haul it back downstairs to the car lol.
