These are the easiest cookies to make! I have to make them for my family for every occasion! No Bake Cookies(Oatmeal Cookies) Melt 1 cup (stick) butter over high heat Add 1/2 cup milk Add 2 cups sugar Add 1/2 tbsp. vanilla Add 4 tbsp. cocoa Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add 1/2 heaping cup of peanut butter. Quickly stir until smooth and take off heat. Add 3cups of oats and 1 tbsp. milk. Stir quickly. Drop with spoon onto wax paper. That's it! Very quick and easy recipe!
