Don't miss buying these fabulous deals this week!
Still trying to catch up from being home from vacation BUT, I have a great paper project from you by one of our Artisan Team Members at Stampin Up!
This looks so fun! As soon as I am re-organized and settled I have a list of paper things (like project life pages from the trip) that I am going to be getting organized and started-
anyhow in the meantime enjoy this cute project and I would love to see photos of the one you create!
Hello! My favorite projects to stamp are summer projects . . . yes, even more than Christmas projects! August is coming to a close and it seems like everyone is getting ready for fall. I wanted to give you a summer-y project today to celebrate the end of summer! We still have a few weeks left of beautiful weather . . . let’s enjoy!
The birdcage itself was created using Whisper White Cardstock (item # 100730) and a Candy Dot Brad Base (item # 132293)! In the spirit of upcycling, the base of the cage was created using scrap packaging paper from the Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper packages. You will need a 1/16" Circle Handheld Punch (item # 134363) and the Circles Collection Framelits Dies (item # 130911).
In step 12 you will see that I upcycled an empty Stampin’ Up! button container for filler inside the birdcage base. This was perfect! The only downside was that it was a bit fussy to add my flowers through the birdcage bars. Fussy . . . but not impossible. Just take it one flower and one leaf at a time. Be gentle so you do not bend or crease the bars.
I got comfy in front of the TV and created my paper flowers watching Netflix (a match made in heaven). The Fun Flower Punch (item # 133785) and the Flower Fair Framelits Dies (item # 133731) made creating the flowers effortless. You will need to punch or cut out multiple flowers in the same color for each flower shape you want to create. Use a Bone Folder (item # 102300) to curl the flower petals and soften the fibers of the cardstock. You can also crumple the petals for more texture (as I have done here).
To finish it all off, I added a bow using Pink Pirouette 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon (item # 134574) and a birthday gift tag using the Flower Patch Stamp Set (item # 134207). This stamp set coordinates with the Flower Fair Framelits Dies that I used above to create the flowers. You simply cannot have one without the other! Trust me, you’ll need them both!
I’m excited to give this gift away to a friend. Real flowers wilt, but these flowers can be enjoyed forever!
Thank you for reading. It is a huge honor (and super-exciting) to share on the Stampin’ Up! blog!! Have a creative day!

Sales Tax Holidays
Twelve states are having a sales-tax holiday for school supplies on certain dates in August. The states typically define school supplies as "any items normally used by students in a standard classroom for educational purposes." We are, therefore, limiting our exemptions per the state statute based on item description and price. The following chart shows the basic of the tax holiday per state and the spreadsheet below lists the applicable items from the 2015-2016 annual catalog. Please pay particular attention to the dates; all orders have to be entered in the system within each date range--no exceptions--per state statute.

I was able to pre order this In Color set and the colors are divine!
I am in love with the Delightful Dijon color!! Its' quite similar to our retired More Mustard that I desperately miss in the fall!
This set of colors really work well with all our other colors and compliment them too! If I ever get my garden replanted/growing and can take some time to be creative, (I re-planted it the 3rd and LAST time yesterday) These are the inks and cardstocks I am working with first!
Get the 2015-2017 In Color essentials in one bundle! The ultra-smooth cardstock is ideal for stamping, so you get clean, crisp images. And the innovative ink pad design has a patented flip-top lid and a firm foam pad to give you a superior stamping experience.

* 5 Classic Stampin' Pads, 1 each in 5 colors: Cucumber Crush, Delightful Dijon, Mint Macaroon, Tip Top Taupe, Watermelon Wonder

* Coordinates with Stampin' Up! cardstock, markers, and embellishments

What more in cardstock and ink could you ask for? I joined Stampin Up in 2003 because they had the VERY BEST Quality of supplies I had ever come across.

Check out these striped and floral patterns! For this project, I used Crushed Curry, Cucumber Crush, Pool Party, and Watermelon Wonder. It takes just a minute or two to make the fun little Designer Series Paper floral accents featured here using the Flower Medallion Punch (item # 137417). Just snip the petals to give them a little dimension, then adhere them to the tags using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Do you love the adorable floral centers? They’re our new 2015–2017 In Color Blossom Accents (item # 138383)—1/2" in diameter with 20 flowers per package and four each of five colors.
Create the tag using the Ornate Tag Topper (item # 137416).
Love the new Watermelon Wonder 1" Dotted Lace Trim; it’s item # 138425 in the new catalog.
The cute taffy paper used to make this card is included with the Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack (item # 138443). Make the gift box with the Big Shot (item # 113439), the Fry Box Bigz L Die (item # 132966), the All about Sugar Stamp Set (item # 138684) and the Sprinkles on Top Stamp Set (item # 139569). I slipped the treat inside a Gusseted Cellophane Bag, item # 133770.
Just for fun, I made a necklace out of stamped doughnuts (see right side of picture). Just make a “sandwich” out of two punched doughnuts with a Stampin’ Dimensional in the middle, then adhere it to the soon-to-be-available-and-super-awesome Silver Metallic Thread (item # 138402). Add a balloon to this cute little ensemble and you have a bright and happy birthday gift for a friend!

Who says organization has to be boring? This fun printed tin gives you plenty of room to store the cards that you make in this kit, plus room for more.
WHAT AN AWESOME GIFT IDEA!!!!!
Make a treat extra sweet by presenting it in a box you make yourself. Cut handles, windows, and accents to dress up the base box, then fill it with goodies. With Thinlits dies and the Big Shot, it’s easy to make multiple boxes in minutes. Watch to see how.
How fun will this be for birthdays, showers either bridal or baby and for the holidays? Yowza! I can't wait for my next order to arrive so I can begin creating with all these new products!!
Create a sweet addition to a birthday bash, wedding gathering, or welcoming party for baby and send your guests home with a favor. The Sweet Stack project kit makes a two-tier cake, with enough cake box favors for 20 guests. Watch how to make your own cake box décor.
I receive several emails a week asking about what its like to be a demonstrator, how much are we required to sell, do I "have" to give parties (no) etc
this link will tell you all you need to know. I would love to have you join my team where ever you are in the United States!
