Build a Bear Baby Shower & Misc Craft booth items

It is a frantic and hectic week here, please forgive my missed posts-

I am creating invitations for a baby shower I am giving here at my home this month- they have taken me a while to get it to where I liked it before creating them all or photographing to share!   I am also frantically putting together items for my last craft booth this Saturday here locally.  Here are photos but no details as I must get down to the sewing machine and sew these invitations and get them in the mail today and keep creating items for the booth.

 

I will sew the sides of these to make "pocket cards" where the invite slides down inside

Dove Chocolate, Cards, books & bears~ Oh My!

  
I have spent most of the day in my studio creating!  Yay for me! I started about 8 am and have a book, 2 cards a LRHS Cheer Bear , an MSU cheer bear, and another book started!  I have several photos to share today so sit back and enjoy-

This is my Logan Rogersville School Cheer Bear, I have an MSU bear done also!

  

These cards are made uing the /Holiday Lounge Designer paper, sahara sand, tempting turquouse and whisper white cardstock and some 2 way glue and dazzling diamonds for the snowflakes of course!

 
The books?  you will have to wait til tomorrow for that !

This is a photo of my stamping pals during class Tuesday: They come EVERY  week and we do their choice of projects, Tuesday they learned how to watercolor in several ways, next week they requested learning to make journals-

  

This is what I call a "private class"  bring yourself or a couple friends and we will create something cute, learn just a technique or request a project- prices vary depending on the project(s).

Now-  the Chocolate party photos--- woo hoo-  we had Brenda from Jordan Essentials give us hand spas and then we ate Dove chocolate fondue with Jennifer! woo hoooo

Ok, I tried out this new gallery thumbnail choice with typepad and the photos, not sure I like it yet.  Down when you see the small photos just click on them and they will come up full size as with all the photos- do you see that my walls are milk chocolate colored too? lolol  First photo Brenda is telling us about her Jordan essential line and then photos of the fondue on the table- the goodies and the guests/friends . That is my mom in the left chair in the blue sweater- I dont know what I would do without her! She has alzheimers and some days are worse than others but we do our best and we get along great!

Noel Block Project

 

Paper Crushed Curry card stock: 4" long strip Old Olive textured card stock: four at 9-3/4" x 12" Whisper White textured card stock: 2" x 1-1/2"; four at 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" Accessories & Tools Crushed Curry 1/2" polka-dot grosgrain ribbon: 4" Chocolate Chip 1-1/4" striped grosgrain ribbon: 30" Linen thread Décor Elements Décor Blocks Chocolate Holiday Mix Décor Elements Real Red Holiday Mix Décor Elements Clear rhinestone brads Clear buttons Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive Stampin' Dimensionals Mat Pack Paper-piercing tool 3/16" Corner Rounder punch Stapler and staples

Instructions

1. Score Old Olive textured card stock vertically at 2-13/16" and 5-3/4". Score Old Olive textured card stock horizontally at 1-3/4", 3-1/2", 6-1-4", and 9-1/8". Remove left side and right sides of card stock down to first row of three squares, creating an upside down "T." 
2. Lay Décor Elements Décor Block on card stock, and adhere. Wrap block, adhering each side.
3. Repeat steps one and two for remaining blocks.
4. Round corners of Whisper White card stock pieces using 3/16" Corner Rounder punches. Decorate as desired using Holiday Mix Décor Elements and embellishments.

Season's Greetings treat bag Stamps To You & Yours stamp set Paper Chocolate Chip card stock Very Vanilla card stock Holiday Treasures Designer Series paper Ink Chocolate Chip Classic Stampin' Pad Ruby Red Classic Stampin' Pad VersaMark pad Accessories Very Vanilla 5/8" taffeta ribbon Linen thread Stampin' Dimensionals Sizzix Big Shot for Stampin' Up! Baskets & Blooms Bigz XL die Treat bag Instructions Cut basket and tag from Chocolate Chip and Very Vanilla card stock and Designer Series paper using Big Shot and Baskets & Blooms die. Assemble basket. Adhere Chocolate Chip strips to basket. Stamp home image in Chocolate Chip ink on Very Vanilla card stock. Distress image corners, and adhere to basket using Stampin' Dimensionals. To create tag, stamp swirl image in VersaMark ink on Very Vanilla tag. Stamp greeting in Ruby Red ink over swirl image. Cut Designer Series paper tag, and adhere top to Very Vanilla tag. Tie Very Vanilla ribbon around tag, and hang from treats using linen thread.

Instructions

1. Cut flower and top note from fabric of choice using Big Shot machine and Top Note and Build a Flower dies.
2. Sew Top Note to towel using sewing machine and thread. Sew flower on top of top note using sewing machine and thread.
3. Sew button to towel using embroidery thread.

Instructions

1. Cut flowers from Old Olive and Riding Hood Red textured card stock using Big Shot and Birds & Blooms die.
2. Stamp joy circle image in Chocolate Chip and Riding Hood Red ink on Very Vanilla card stock. Punch out images using 1" Circle punch, and adhere to centers of flowers using Stampin' Dimensionals.
3. Adhere flowers to magnets, and adhere lightly to Very Vanilla textured card stock. Insert into cello bag.
4. Cut topper image from Riding Hood Red textured card stock using Big Shot and Top Note die. Rub greeting onto topper using wooden applicator included in packaging. Tie ribbon around topper, and fold over bag. Staple to secure topper.

Happy Halloween/Fall/Christmas Craft Fair goodies!

We are making cocoa packets and gift bags tonight, and I almost forgot to post them today!  lol   The bag has a clear envelope with the top cut off and the full card and envelope slide down in for a gift bag with a card-  people love them and they look classy!

Kay is working on boxes for the tags I am making tomorrow-  gift tag boxes- fun!

Today is my moms 82nd birthday we spent the day together by going to the chiropracter to get adjusted, to the quilt shop to see Sue and "look" hahahah and then we went to lunch and to a store for supplies. We were supposed to get groceries at this point and we were both so sore from our hips being out (moms has been out over 20 years without adjustment the chiro said- but now she isnt in pain and walks great!)  but we were sore and tired and we didnt want to fight the rain so we came home and crashed! lol
