This Sums Up My Summer

Don't you just love finding these memes that people create that pretty much explain you life?

I found this one and knew I had to share it with you because you will understand too!

Supplies

I have started making Christmas gifts- This one is for my oldest son the logger- Ray.   I squeeze in a few minutes between canning, watching the boys, gardening and sweltering from the extreme heat here- lol  When it's completed I will share a photo tutorial

I plan to add photos of his work that he has been posting on FB to the pages of this book.  He is 35 and so funny, when I make him cards etc he puts them into a glass cabinet to look at and show off.

Ray1
Ray1I have not adhered the logger to the background colors as you can see by their unevenness (yup just made up that word for this project lol)    I will use my Silhouette Cameo to make words for the book but I am using retired stamps -  trees, deer the logger etc to create this book but my FAVORITE part is our new 6x6 wood grains papers!   He is going to flip when he sees it!

I am also going to offer this size book to my ladies as a class but not "this" paper and stamp set, something from the upcoming Holiday Catalog!

I hope your week is going well I am off to cut up tomatoes and make sauce, shred zucchini to freeze and snap beans to can- and watch little boys and 2 friends who came over-  Thank goodness for Harry Potter! lol

Where are all those helper minions anyhow?Wood paper
