I decided to use up the frozen berries and make room in my freezer-
put on the rings and screw tight and turn over your jam to cool- I have been doing this method since 1980- learned it from my first Mother in law and have NEVER had a problem with it yet. When they are cooler about 40 min turn them upright and the jam/jelly will drop to the bottom and the lids seal like a charm.
