My Husband posted this on his Facebook Status just a few minutes ago and I am so excited that I had to share it with you !!
It takes about...
...to provide the vitamins, minerals and antioxidant power of a 2-oz serving of Vemma.
Information compiled from the USDA Nutrient Data Laboratory and High ORAC Foods May Slow Aging by the Agricultural Research Service, USDA, February 8, 1999, and independent test results.

Today I am going to show you how to create these cute bottlecap magnets. They would be a quick and easy gift to give to a friend—or even just to make for yourself!
Begin by stamping the bottlecap centers on Very Vanilla Cardstock using the Collage Curios and Memorable Moments Stamp Sets, then punch out the stamped images using the 1” Circle Punch.
Next, pour some Crystal Effects into a little container and brush some of the adhesive on the bottom of the cap.

Put the stamped image inside the bottlecap. Let it dry for a few minutes before the next step.
Now mix one drop of Crumb Cake ink into the Crystal Effects, then brush it on top of your stamped image.

Adding the Crumb Cake ink into the Crystal Effects gives the bottlecap a vintage, aged look.
Now you can either hot glue a magnet to the back of the bottlecap or adhere it to a clothespin—as I did above. To do that, simply hot glue the bottlecap to the clothespin, then hot glue the magnet to the back of the clothespin.
That’s it—antiqued, numbered bottle caps! They are now ready to make your (or your friend’s) fridge, magnet board, or chalkboard extra-cute!

Here is one of the sheets of Designer Series Paper. Adorable!

I love, love, love that it has pieces that can be cut up and used in different ways. With each card, I incorporated the paper elements in some way.

In the last card, I cut out the arrow “air mail” piece, then used the back with polka dots for my card.
So grab a stack of Whisper White Cardstock, your Stampin’ Trimmer, Paper Snips, and the colors you want to use—and you are set to make lots of little cards. They’re perfect for quick and easy notes when you need one.
And don’t forget to stamp your 3" x 3" envelope. This seal makes for the finishing touch! Either stamp it on the envelope or use the 1-1/4" Circle Punch—it’s the perfect size.

I HAVE to share something totally awesome with you!
I have been using these products for a while now and started selling them too! I love the flavor/taste and it's so easy just to drink my vitamins in the morning quickly instead of sorting out all those pills into a container or by each jar-
Why not give our HEALTHY Energy Drinks a Try instead of buying the UNhealthy ones from the store? I dare you to start feeling healthy! I have replaced Diet Pepsi with Verve- will you?
If you crave a healthy energy alternative that refuels and revives your body quickly without a jittery feeling or energy crash, then you’re going to love Verve!* With a convenient and fast-acting boost of energy, Verve has a delicious tropical fruit flavor, patterned after the very popular mangosteen fruit.*
Available in a refreshing energy drink or convenient energy shot, Verve gives you…
If you or anyone you know are ready to get healthy, then I HIGHLY recommend VEMMA products!
Vemma’s 90-plus nutrients nourish the body at the cellular level and the daily 2 ounce serving is all you need to get the vitamins and minerals your body needs for a solid nutritional foundation.* Featuring 12 full-spectrum vitamins, plant-sourced minerals along with a powerful blend of the exotic mangosteen superfruit, organic glyconutrient-rich aloe vera and organic decaffeinated green tea, Vemma is quite possibly the world’s most powerful liquid antioxidant.
More bioavailable than caplets or tablets, the Vemma formula helps:

Children have special needs when it comes to nutrition. And in the days of “on-the-go” fast food and sugary snacks at school, kids don’t often get the proper nutritional foundation that’ll help carry them through their adolescent years. Sure they have endless energy now, but the nutrition they get now will set the stage for their sense of well-being down the road.
Vemma NEXT is perfect for the growing years of 2–12. Kids love the amazing, kid-friendly creamy orange flavor with no preservatives, gluten, allergens, artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, and parents can rest easy knowing they’re giving their kids a "superjuice" for "super kids."Verve is the official Drink for the Phoenix Suns!

I wanted to highlight one of my favorite new(ish) downloads today, Affection Collection. We released this one on January 8, but I think a lot of you missed it because I haven’t seen very many samples posted on MyDigitalStudio.net that use this set. What’s up with that? It’s so cute!
I know this isn’t a Valentine set, but since it is Valentine’s Day I decided to use it to design a simple “love” card. I love how the artwork in this set plays between being classic and funky, and I think the images look fantastic layered together. Here is what I came up with:
It’s such a simple design, but very versatile. I wanted to see what else I could do with this layout, so I used one of my very favorite new features in MDS 2, the suggested color combos tool, and in just a few short minutes I had created two additional cards.
I changed out the greeting stamp, but kept the exact same layout. I pulled up the suggested color combo tool and clicked “surprise me” a couple times until I found some color combos I liked. It was as simple as that! (Click here to learn how to use the suggested color combo tool.)
I was in the mood to create cards today, but I think the images in
this set would look fantastic on photobook pages and home décor, too! I
would love to see what you are creating with this set, so give Affection
Collection some love and share your projects with us here on
Mydigitalstudio.net!
