Last night at our Monthly Card Club (first round for 2013), We created 2 fun, cute and easy cards! Here is the first card we made

Cut 12x12 Pool Party Cardstock at 5" wide by 10" long, score at 5"
The layered papers are cut 1/8" smaller than each other for layering, starting at 4 7/8" and cutting down 1/8" in size.
There are dimensionals under both hearts.
TIP: DONT forget to tie your ribbon before you stick the cardstock to the front of the card! THEN apply your hearts.
