Herbed Coleslaw


1 (16-oz.) bag shredded cabbage 
1 tbsp. snipped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, chives, dill or cilantro) 

1/2 cup regular or light mayonnaise 
1/4 cup almond or organic milk or cream 
2 tbsp. lemon juice 
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt 
1/4 tsp. celery seed 
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper 
1/16 tsp. SteviaPlus (1/2 of 1/8 tsp.)
Add cabbage and herbs to a large bowl; set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients; pour over cabbage and toss well to coat. 

Makes 6 servings. 

Note: You’ll have enough dressing left for one more salad. Keep excess dressing refrigerated in a covered container for up to two weeks. 

Add diced apples for extra crunch and fiber.
