I thoroughly loved this movie. I have to admit that several parts of it hit close to home in my previous marriage. As Matthew lashes out at the world becuase of his parents separation and impending divorce, he meets John the Woodcarver. Someone who will listen and spend time with Matt. They begin working together to repair damages for the local church created by Matt in a fit of frustration. 

I like the lessons I learned by all of the characters because they can also be learned by each of us. I loved the warm feeling I received as I watched the movie and the message that that no matter; what Faith in God will pull you through.

Hi Gwen, we would love this movie. I myself a hobby woodworker since I was 10hoping yrs old. After I had major shoulder surgery and laid off from work, I decide to learn woodcarver to increase my activity. My wife and l loved the Lord. I am hearing impairment.

I have 4 young adult grandson that I will have watch this movie with me, as well as 2 teen granddaughters. I will be inviting nieces and nephews over for movie night to watch this movie also.

1. I would share this movie with my missionary daughter and hubby, and my daughter and son-in-law who is the music and youth pastor at his church. I would probably give it to either or them for their ministry after we watched it. One of our son-in-law's kids in his youth group suffered finding his father who had committed suicide. It was awful for the family as you might guess.
