This morning I found out that I have been promoted to MANAGER!!!! 
I will not only receive a Certificate and Pin, my name in the company Stampin Success Magazine, I will also receive a one time only FREE Stampin Up! product reward in the amount of $150.00, plus an additional % on my own sales and my downline sales!! WOW!
AND, AND, AND,
I will now be invited to attend the Managers Reception during Leadership and Convention every year!! Next year it is in San Antonio, Texas! Leadership is one of my very favorite SU events to begin with and now I will be able to attend the really fun managers reception! Woo hoo!

What is Leadership Conference?
When good people gather, great things happen. That's certainly the case at our annual leadership conference. Senior supervisors and above are invited to attend a two-day event designed specifically for demonstrators with growing downlines. Sessions focus on leadership skills, management methods, and opportunities to build your business.
As with any Stampin' Up! event, attendees participate in swaps, sharing ideas, and stamping! In addition to the priceless information and motivation, leadership conference participants receive a conference program, lunch both days, and an exclusive stamp set that is available in our latest catalog.
