The technique for this page is Ruffled Ribbon using the sewing machine. I was taught to sew at the age of 6 by my older sister Pat (she is 14 yrs older than I am) and I have been sewing since- that makes 43 years of sewing from clothes to quilts to dolls and misc to Scrapbook pages and cards! I love it!
