1. These items MUST go by Saturday March 12, 2011.
2.  Prices do NOT include postage .
3. Sales are restricted to the USA due to company regulations.
4. Email me the list of what you want and I will send you a pay link from my secure server shopping cart.
5. Click on the link, and it will take you to a pay page and you may use your debit or credit card.
6. Sorry, No Checks, please do not ask.
7. When I receive payment confirmation,  your order will be mailed within 24 hours.
8. Please do not delay your payment because I will only hold orders for 12 hours waiting for payment.
9. I am including a link to a Microsoft Excel form with the complete list of items . You must click the link to open it and if it doesnt work for you, you may not have excel on your computer or you  have a different version of excel than I do. I am not posting it in any other format.
