Weight loss update!! GREAT NEWS!

As of this morning- I have lost 16 pounds in just over 3 months and I am thrilled!!

 

I am using Isagenix shakes for breakfast and  eating a STRICT high protein, low carb SUGAR FREE meal plan.  I eat 5 times a day and I don't have to "work out" to lose.  It's working and I am thrilled! I am going to stay on this program until I am at my goal weight!

 

My sister wil be here tonight for a couple weeks, we will be doing all kinds of things including projects, scrapbooking, sewing and sight seeing. She has not been to my home since we moved here in 2003 so this will be so much fun!!
