I want to share with you a bit about me and my recent life changes. I have talked in past posts about my health, my weight problem and my hormones. I want you all to know that my hormones (except for some hot flashes) are pretty much under control thanks to bioidentical hormone therapy! Now, I am re-focusing on my weight issues. I have to lose 40 lbs this year and since I have hips that like to go out and leave me behind, extreme exercise, even heavy walking will send them out without me. And honestly, I am tired of seeing the chiropractor so often. Add that to the lack of a vehicle, making me unable to attend the program I was on. I have been on the program now for 3 weeks and I can say that I feel better, I have a lot more energy than before and I actually feel happy all the time. I have lost 4 pounds and look forward to losing more. I signed up to get a discount on everything I order, and to build a 2nd income from home. The program is shake based and I am NOT pulling your leg when I say that the Chocolate shake tastes just like chocolate milk to me. I know I could lose faster if I were not adding the shake to my milk but to water (which tastes ok too) I just like the "creamier" texture by adding it the milk and the most awesome part is that I do not feel "hungry" all the time anymore! woo hoo for that!
My stomach doesn't scream at me because it thinks my throat has been cut (an expression my mom and dad used lolol) I hope that you will give this program a look and that you will make a healthy decision to join me in my weight loss and we can encourage and cheer each other on!
