I have a horrible cold,(day 4) I hope you are all well and having a marvelous weekend! I was priviliged yesterday to attend a Motivational Seminar with my friend Becky and my favorite speakers were:
General Colin Powell, Greg Dunham, Suze Orman, Zig Ziglar & Terry Bradshaw - WOW talk about a great day! Thanks Becky for inviting me! I am glad I took notes!! There were other great speakers also, but these were my personal favorites and my MOST favorite? General Powell of course! Talk about articulate, funny and intelligent! I would love to meet him in person and glean just a tid bit of his knowledge! I would pay just to listen to him again! Did you know he does an awesome impersonation of Presiden Regan! IT was incredible!! We laughed our socks off!

Suze Orman, is FANTASTIC! She is a powerhouse speaker, and if I were rich I would hire her to handle my finances! WOW!
Terry Bradshaw is hilarious! what a cut up! and Zig Ziglar whom we have all heard about or read his books- well I had never heard him speak or read a book but I am going to the library next week to check one out and start reading them all! FANTASTIC speaker for 82. He now has short term memory loss but he has Charisma, he is articulate and he is not only funny but he is very motivational!
The common theme? get out of debt, get your family in order, they talked a lot to the men about how to treat their wives and children, and they said to change the government we must EACH take a stand and take part and work hard. It all begins at home, EDUCATION!! Continue to further your education, among a lot of other things, I can't tell you how wonderful it was to soak in their words! I would love to have it on a cd to continue to review!!
