Instructions
Stamp silhouette image in Ruby Red ink on Whisper White card stock. Adhere Whisper White card stock to Ruby Red card stock using Stampin' Dimensionals. Place inside of box.  Attach two Pewter Jumbo eyelets to box using Crop-A-Dile.
Stamp "You're on my mind" in Old Olive ink on Whisper White card stock. Punch circles from Old Olive card stock using 1/4" Circle punch and adhere to back of Whisper White card stock. Adhere piece to box using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Thread Old Olive 1/4" grosgrain ribbon through eyelets and tie box closed.

As I mentioned yesterday, Debi was here for her one on one class to make her packet of 6x6 technique pages, Well we both pooped out about 3 pm and she will be back next week to finish the last 7 pages-  KRIS???  It's your turn !!!

Personal post

It is with a VERY heavy heart that I share with you that my mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimers.  6 years ago at a doctor appointment in Hood River, the doctor told her and I that she was in the beginning stages of dementia.  I think the stroke she had only helped it all along. She just found out the report today after extensive tests the last week.  I had a hunch and now we know.
 
I just needed to share-  Katie and I will be going there for spring break, I will be making as many trips as often as I can before she is no longer able to know who I am-
 
I am truly grateful and so is mom that my son Ray, grandson Jack, Son Morgan & DIL Sarah were able to be there for Christmas-

Our lives will never be the same again. I can't begin to express my sorrow for my mom and what she is about to go through.  She is my hero and has been my best friend all my life.

Technique class day

I love having 1 on one classes and today my friend Deb is coming to work on her technique 6x6 pages for her book.  We will have ALL day to chat, stamp, and make technique pages! Wish you were here!

Last night we had a huge thunder and lightening storm and it has been raining since- we have some of that lovely rain streaming through our back yard again - and it's basically a pretty drab dreary wonderful day!

now, as I have told you before, I am working to put my hormones back in order and lose weight-  here is a list of things you can do for your HEALTH as well!
