As I left home and headed for TOPS , I was listening to the radio and on it was a gal talking about the drama in our lives and what it does to our health, etc.  She was SO right that I feel the need to share the info here with all of you and THEN you can see the project further down the post!   www.stopyourdrama.com   I signed up for her mini course by email and I am going to be buying her book and taking ANY classes she offers that I can afford!  With teenagers in the house and all the things that life brings along- I want the drama theirs and MINE to stop so I can function and get on with what I need to do

Ok now for some personal good news! I lost weight the last week since last Tuesdays weigh in !  woo hoo! to some it's not much but to me its a lot!  I am going to continue to work at losing weight, it not only helps me feel better emotionally but physically and after all, if I don't feel good I won't accomplish a thing in my business or personal life. And then I can't see to the needs of my family either! So I agree with Robyn McGraw- if we dont take care of ourselves no one else will and then how will we take care of those we love?

Saturday evening at 4 the gals came for our group meeting- Jane, Tammy, Leslie, Sue and myself. Tammy is in the pink and shown here telling us about her make and take- it was so much fun! She is so clever!

Its a 2 sided DVD holder- the dvd or cd goes in the center and candy or popcorn or note pads etc can go in the pockets on the outside-  I have to tie a ribbon to the oval handle and add a DVD and some goodies to it but here is the basic jist! It is totally adorable!

ok-  we worked on the RM house projects and I will be showing those photos tomorrow! so come back and check them out! We had a great time- snacks, fun, stamping, working on a service project for the RM house-  wish you could have been here too!

First, CONGRATS on your weight loss! It is such an empowering feeling when we see progress while trying to attain our goals! I'm so proud of you!

DRAMA??? There's always drama going on in my home...and it's driving me nuts! Remember that Calgon commercial that was on yrs ago..."take me away...."? Well, it's Calgon time continually! Sometimes I just want to run away! I will have to get her books and see if she has any answers.

This is the cutest project! My DD was just asking about ideas of something for her sorority sisters...this is PERFECT! Thanks so much!

I also like your drama info - I have some drama going on in my life right now, and it sucks the life right out of me! I try to stay positive, and "let go and let God", but it's not always easy!
