As I left home and headed for TOPS , I was listening to the radio and on it was a gal talking about the drama in our lives and what it does to our health, etc. She was SO right that I feel the need to share the info here with all of you and THEN you can see the project further down the post! www.stopyourdrama.com I signed up for her mini course by email and I am going to be buying her book and taking ANY classes she offers that I can afford! With teenagers in the house and all the things that life brings along- I want the drama theirs and MINE to stop so I can function and get on with what I need to do
Here is an excerpt from her website :
The Inner Game and Outer Game of Drama
Drama shows up in four quadrants: on the personal level, the professional level, the non physical level and the physical level. Within these quadrants are many types of drama: The life purpose drama, the entrepreneur's drama, family drama, financial drama, health drama and self-confidence drama to name a a few. No matter how drama manifests, drama always hampers your effectiveness and personal productivity.
Drama in your business makes you feel like you are shoveling coal in the boiler room instead of navigating the ship. The signs are exhaustion, low morale, power struggles, absenteeism and of course, financial problems.
Drama in your personal life shows up in physical and emotional ways: bickering with your spouse, out of control kids with no boundaries, stress, overwhelm and feeling stuck in the middle, like you can't give enough of yourself to make everyone else happy.

Ok now for some personal good news! I lost weight the last week since last Tuesdays weigh in ! woo hoo! to some it's not much but to me its a lot! I am going to continue to work at losing weight, it not only helps me feel better emotionally but physically and after all, if I don't feel good I won't accomplish a thing in my business or personal life. And then I can't see to the needs of my family either! So I agree with Robyn McGraw- if we dont take care of ourselves no one else will and then how will we take care of those we love?
Saturday evening at 4 the gals came for our group meeting- Jane, Tammy, Leslie, Sue and myself. Tammy is in the pink and shown here telling us about her make and take- it was so much fun! She is so clever!
Here's the make and take!
Its a 2 sided DVD holder- the dvd or cd goes in the center and candy or popcorn or note pads etc can go in the pockets on the outside- I have to tie a ribbon to the oval handle and add a DVD and some goodies to it but here is the basic jist! It is totally adorable!
Thanks Tammy for the project! you rock!
