I think you need to keep the new blog linked to your current blog so people know they will receive the same level of quality and enthusiam. And because you are taking things to the next level play off that. Try something like "Paper Expressions Unlimited" (since you are attempting to show there are unlimited possibilities for paper crafting).
Or how about "Paper Expressions 2" or "Paper Expressions II"? Or "More Paper Expressions".
Or since this will be retail in nature how about "Paper Expression, Inc." (Or play on that with "Paper Expressions Ink")
Or "Paper Expressions' Gems"? or "Bits of Paper Expressions"?
If you want to get away from Paper Expressions in the name how about "Paper and More!"
