I love making notebooks, they are fun fast and easy!
I used steno notebooks and I did remove the wire- it's tedious but to get the look I want it's worth it.
And, you can tie ribbon over where you bungled it up rebending the wires!
The one on the right needs something in the green area but for the life of me I am not sure what. Any ideas for me? I "could" put the wanted in it, but I am trying to make one of a kinds, and the large scallop is made with the giga punch and I LOVE the gold dots I put in the scallops. You can click on the photo and see the larger version for more detail. The rider on the left is stamped in choc chip craft ink and embossed with clear ep. I love the look of the linen behind him and the torn edge. The border on the left of it is from the ss kit.
This note book is made using the pencil from the stamp set elementary essentials, colored with SU markers cut out with our snips and run through the machine that puts sticky on the back ( Oh, I have memory loss really bad today, sorry! it's my first time to use it, I earned it free 2 years ago from Stampin Up Great rewards program) and the ss kit "primary colors".
Have a wonderfully creative day!

First, great job! Question: Why didn't you use the spiral punch instead of taking the wire out? Just curious to know if the time removing the spirals is worth it compared to using the punch. Now for ideas: The 3 horses from Bareback (actually any of these images word work), the Dare to be FABULOUS image from Fabulous Flowers, What about the Genuine image from Bron Buster using Gold EP? It would tie in the gold dots on the lower image. One other thought would be using the BG Happiness stamp using only the 'Happiness" or "Happiness" and the stripes above it to match the lower stripes.
Have fun finishing and show us what you decided!
