Gifts & Freebies

Sympathy_cards_received These gorgeous cards were sent to us after the death of Kay's mom just before Thanksgiving.  The left card is from Dawn Griffith and the right card is from Lorie Ames.  These wonderful thoughtful cards are only a couple of the many we received and I just wanted to share them with you today. Thank you ladies! Your thoughtfulness and friendship mean more to me that I can ever tell you.

                         Now for tonights quick projects:

We used the holiday designer papers, boxes from Michaels for 79cents each and the round was full of mixed nuts (large size), for the cards we used the City of David set and I can't get a photo of the card as my mom is here- my mom is here yippee! anyhow the left at 2 am and are asleep down there and I dont want to bother them so sorry! So I will post the card tomorrow.  We stamped Mary and Joseph on the front of the envelope in gold. I think you can see it in the photo. We also used the snowflake spot set in silver on the blue paper on the round- (elegant in person)  and glad tidings on the deco on top of the boxes layered in cranberry crisp and true thyme to match the designer papers. Wow what random order of stamp sets, It must be time for bed! lol
